Who Should Be Tested

  • Women over 50 years old
  • Postmenopausal, plus - at least 1 risk factor besides menopause, or, - a fracture
  • Considering osteoporosis therapy
  • On prolonged hormone replacement therapy

  • Advanced age

  • Removal of the ovaries
